Honestly im abit stress with lotsa stuff recently so skipped alot of session previously, i wanna resume asap. Last week i didn't manage to make it on Tues and Wed, so on Thurs i sms him but he told me he's on emergency leave... so yesterday.... 3.30pm rain stopped, i called him i heard a shocking news... which is, he quitted calfornia fitness -.-... and he didn't tell me so i ask him how about my training session left? He ask me to check with one guy can't remember the name and he will arranged one for me... -.- ...

So yesterday i have to skipped again... since there's no trainer but today i will be going gym to train myself...since im busy recently until September... i will look for that guy around mid september that's when i will be free...

Ok, today i read news from asiaone...and i have no idea why but feel kinda disgrace what they have in their head and did they learnt the word satisfaction?

No, i don't hate Singapore ... in the US there's another name for Singapore, which is Nanny country..why? As Singapore Government protecting resident like nanny... everyone knows Singapore is a very protected country, low crime rate which means a safe environment to live in. Clean and green... etc.. And clubbers are safe to walk thru out streets after clubbing... well there is some hidden bad things still happening in Singapore but get yourself some free time and check out international news daily and ask yourself... what's bad about living here?...

As I've been living in Malaysia, malaysian going thru the same route daily, take public transport, earning living etc.... over here, Kuala Lumpur. Daily traffic broadcast is? Heavy traffic jam... yes... traffic jam so common that radio station don't have to broadcast it like what they did in Singapore but still everyone waited patiently... as they need to go thru this jam to reach their destination...

Public transport over here, LRT, Bus and Cab.... LRT for sure it's full of crowds....and i met technical fault twice... Bus, it look totally different... with a guy standing at the door... reached each bus stop he will be yelling around the destination heading... it's not like Singapore bus stop stated with destination etc... and even booklet that you can find in any Bus interchange...Oh few months ago i realize a new bus... i asked one of my collegue... she told me something like... ohhh the new putra rapid bus?? Yea with aircon very clean and nice... only a few right now... Ok, guess what? They look just like Singapore old air con single deck bus... At least they know what is satisfaction...instead of complaining over small things... ok lets get straight to the point the news i read today...

A boy was playing soccer when he tripped and fell. Now he's suing the Government.

According to court documents filed in the Subordinate Courts, the boy, who is now 12, went to the Aloha Loyang resort at Pasir Ris on 4 Jun 2002. It's a government-owned resort that is open to civil servants and members of the public. The chalet was booked by his aunt some time in June that year. He was playing football with his elder brother, two cousins and other children at a multi-purpose court at 9pm when the ball rolled to a grass patch surrounding the court.

His family claims that he ran after the ball but then tripped on an 'unsecured electrical cable that lay hidden in the grass.

They also claim he suffered 'severe injuries' when he broke his left arm as a result of the fall.

Lawyers Premchand Soman and Colin Kang from East Asia Law Corporation are representing the boy's family and they filed a suit on 10 Mar 2005. The family had waited three years before taking legal action to assess the injury and to see if follow-up treatments were needed.

The trial took place last Thursday and Friday.

They are claiming that the Government and its servants were negligent in failing to:

Secure the cable.

The boy's mother claims in court papers that her son's injury was 'quite serious' and required someone to call for an ambulance.

But she claims the ambulance was delayed and after waiting 'a long time', they drove the boy to Changi General Hospital since he was 'in great pain and crying incessantly'.

They were then advised to take him to the KK Women's and Children's Hospital (KKH).
The mother claims that she had spent more than $1,540 on his medical expenses and transport for follow-up treatments.

FRACTURE

According to KKH's medical reports submitted with the court documents, the boy suffered a fracture in his left elbow and he had to wear a cast.

He was discharged the next day.

A follow-up report on 23 Oct 2003 showed he had healed completely and had regained the full use of his elbow. The doctor said he has made a full recovery and can lead a normal life.

The boy is asking for $12,000 in general damages for the pain and suffering he underwent, interest, and other costs incurred.

The Government is rejecting the claim.
State counsel Leonard Goh told the court the Government has no case to answer because there is no evidence to support the boy's claim as to how the accident occurred.

Saw it? That is what i feel when i read this news... what they really want? Remember HDB put spike on ceiling at the ground floor of flats to prevent kids from playing soccer etc as it may danger other resident... But got lotsa flames about they preventing kids from playing etc? ..

Some resident really never satisfied... now there's another case.... it's even more ridiculous...

HER son fell along the school corridor.

But in the latest turn of events, the Attorney-General's Chambers has denied all the allegations that the 14-year-old boy, Peter (not his real name), and his mother had made against his former teacher.
Peter's mother is suing the Government on his behalf, claiming that his teacher's negligence caused him to fall and hit his leg.

On 19 Sep 2003, while having dance practice at a primary school in the north-east, Peter had asked his teacher for permission to go to the toilet.

At that point, the teacher allowed all the 20 pupils attending the dance practice to have a toilet break.

While running to the toilet with the other pupils, Peter claimed he fell and hit his left leg against a pipe.

The impact fractured his leg and the pain caused him to lose consciousness for about 20 minutes.
Mother and son are alleging in their suit that Peter's teacher failed to supervise him and the other pupils as she allowed the children to run to the toilet.

They also claimed that the teacher did not warn him of the dangers of the pipe along the school corridor, thus exposing him to the risk of injury.

They also alleged that the teacher failed to take reasonable care to ensure Peter would be safe in using the corridor.

This injuries is worse than the previous one.... but the reason is unacceptable... they sueing the Government because teacher should tell the kids not to run... and warn them about the pipe etc... as school belongs to Government, that's why they sueing the Government.

On 30 Jun this year, Peter, through his mother, filed his suit. They are represented by lawyer Grace Malathy from Kalamohan & Co.

Peter is claiming $22,890 in special damages, including medical expenses and both parents' loss of income when they took leave to care for him.
